Genesi Flowers provides online sales of fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, and related products, with delivery services or local pickup, as specified in each product description.

By placing an order on www.genesiflowers.com, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.
4. Order Process
Products and prices are described in the respective product pages.
Customers must provide accurate and truthful information to complete an order.
The order confirmation sent by email represents acceptance of the purchase proposal by Genesi Flowers.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, bank transfer and COD + other options available at checkout.
Full payment is required before the order is processed, unless otherwise specified.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery times depend on product availability and destination – All the available products will be shipped in 24/48H.
Exact delivery times are not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified as a premium service.
If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the customer will be contacted to arrange a new delivery. Additional charges may apply.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Directive and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as fresh flowers and plants.
For non-perishable goods, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, by contacting us via email.
8. Product Availability and Substitutions
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Some flowers or decorative elements may vary depending on seasonality or availability, while maintaining the overall style and value.
If a product is unavailable, Genesi Flowers reserves the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal value.
9. Complaints and Guarantee
Any issues or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including photo evidence if possible.
Genesi Flowers will evaluate the claim and, if justified, may offer a refund, replacement, or alternative solution.
10. Liability
Genesi Flowers is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to force majeure events (e.g., bad weather, strikes, natural disasters).
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s address and contact details are accurate and complete.
11. Privacy

12. Intellectual Property
